The camera installs easily into any Indian B22 bulb holder. Ensure optimal placement within 15-20 feet of the WiFi router for best performance.

This product has a 1-year repair warranty from the purchase date, and the battery has a 6-month warranty. Accessories, cables, and tools are not covered. Damage from accidents, mishandling, tampering , wear and tear is not covered under warranty and  proof of purchase (like an order number or invoice) is required. After the warranty period, repairs or support will have extra charges.

Q: Why does the camera go offline after some time?
A: This can occur due to the camera's temporary hotspot mode, which is only for initial setup. If using a mobile hotspot, ensure it's close to the camera. High-quality WiFi is crucial for HD video.
