[Sound Guardian]: Enables remote listening in on surroundings in emergencies.
[Location Tracker (LBS+WPS) - Wi-Fi positioning systems]: Parents can check their child’s location in the phone App. The LBS+Wi-Fi tracking system in the smartwatch uses a combination of cell tower signals (LBS) and Wi-Fi to provide location tracking. This ensures accuracy within 50-500 meters, offering reliable tracking, especially in areas with strong signal coverage.
[Splash Resistant]: The new upgraded kids smartwatch has Splash Resistant and dust proof rating, which is perfect for kids to wear. Watch can sustain normal water splashes in daily use only.

Answer: The watch works with Airtel/Vodafone/Jio 2G/3G/4G/5G SIM Card.
Q. Is there a way to monitor who my child contacts?
Answer: Parents can pre-approve and manage the contact list via the app, ensuring kids can only interact with trusted individuals.
Q. Is the smart watch easy for kids to use?
Answer: Yes, the interface is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly for children.
Q. Is the watch safe to wear for long periods?
Answer: The watch is made from child-safe, non-toxic materials and is comfortable for long-term wear.
Q. Can the watch connect to GPS?
Answer: No, the watch uses LBS+WiFi based location tracking through GSM cell towers & WiFi network, which may have a precision variance of 200 meters or more.

Answer: This setting will automatically work after watch gets GSM network connectivity with active SIM card.
Q. Watch Battery life?
Answer: Standby time - 30 hrs. Typical use time 6-8 hours once fully charged, Please Follow the below suggestions to get optimum performance of watch battery!
1. Do not use any fast chargers to charge this watch.
2. Do not keep it on charge for more than 3 hours, only 2-3 hours required for fully charge.

Q. Is this waterproof watch?
Answer: No, this watch is not fully waterproof but it can sustain normal water splashes in daily use only. Note: this device SHOULD NOT be used in rain, bathing and swimming.

Answer: There are no additional / annual maintenance charges for the watch. However, the SIM card service charges need to be paid as per the data plan that you have opted for.
