1. Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel any order placed by us under the following circumstances
- Unavailability of stock to be delivered in accordance with your order.
- One or more products purchased by you were listed with incorrect pricing due to typographical error or inaccurate pricing provided from vendor’s end.
- If the address or details are inappropriate.
If in case your order is canceled, our customer service would inform you through a notification email and the sum deducted would be returned back.
2. Return and Refund Policy
At IFIHomes, we are committed to delivering the highest quality products to our valued customers. Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.
Please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions:
Product Eligibility for Return:
You may return a product if it meets any of the following conditions:
-The product received is different from what you ordered.
-The product was received in a physically damaged or defective condition upon opening the package.
-Any accessories or parts of the product described as "In the Box" on our website are missing.
-If you simply do not like the product (not eligible for multi-unit orders).
Return Period:
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Return Notification:
Before returning any product, you must notify us. You can do this through our "Contact Us" page on our website or by emailing us at care@ifihomes.com. Returns made without prior notice will not qualify for a refund.

3. Refund and Replacement Process
In case of a faulty product, it may take up to 3 working days to test the product and issue a replacement or refund.
Refund and replacement are provided only for products shipped within 7 days of receiving the order.
4. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled only before they are invoiced for shipment. Once invoiced and packed, orders cannot be canceled.
To cancel an order, please call our Customer Support Center at 080-68393434/35 or send an email to care@ifihomes.com with your order number and cancellation request. If the order hasn't been invoiced, we will cancel it and process the refund using the original payment method for prepaid orders.
5. Customer Responsibilities for Return
-Customers are responsible for bearing the shipping costs when returning products.
-We do not refund the shipping charges paid during the initial purchase.
-Customs duties or taxes, if applicable, are non-refundable.
-Refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
-Returns are not accepted for products customized to specific requirements, except in cases of faults on our end.
-Any complaints regarding damage or malfunctions must be reported to us within 24 hours of product receipt, and we may request digital pictures for review.
-Refunds will be issued once we receive the product at our office.
-In case of double payment for a single transaction, the excess amount will be refunded within 10 working days.
6. Return Process
-Contact IFIHomes Customer Support at 080-68393434/35.
-After analyzing the issue, an IFIHomes executive will provide you with a Ticket ID.
-Include this Ticket ID when sending the product back to IFIHomes. It's your responsibility to track the shipment and ensure it's received by an IFIHomes representative with a valid signature proof.
-IFIHomes will not arrange product collection from customer premises.
-Unauthorized returns without a valid Ticket ID are not our responsibility.
-Once received, our technical team will test the product, and a refund will be issued within 2-3 working days. The testing period starts from the date we receive the product at our service center.
-Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 12 working days to appear in your Credit/Debit card or bank account.
