Payment Methods
We accept the following payment options:
- Razorpay
- Bank Transfers
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- UPI & Net Banking
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for selected pin codes and products.
- A 10% advance payment of the total invoice amount is required to confirm COD orders.
- This advance is non-refundable and covers both forward and return logistics.
- The remaining 90% is payable at the time of delivery.
Order Confirmation
- Orders are processed only after payment confirmation (or COD advance, where applicable).
- A confirmation will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp after successful payment.
Refunds & Cancellations
- For prepaid orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.
- COD advance payments are non-refundable in case of returns or if the order is refused upon delivery.
Invoices
- A detailed tax invoice will be provided with every order.
- To receive GST credit on your purchase, please share your GST details within 48 hours of purchase.
