Return Policy
Eligibility for Return
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Products damaged due to misuse, tampering, or improper installation are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at care@ifihomes.com or call 080-68393434 / 35 with your order number and details of the issue.
- Our team will guide you through the return process. If eligible, you will be required to ship the product to our address via Speed Post or any reliable courier service.Note: SD cards and accessories are non-returnable.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund Method
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI. (You will need to provide your account or UPI details.)
The 10% advance COD charge is non-refundable, as it covers both forward and return logistics.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Products that have been installed or used
- Items without original packaging or accessories
- Customized or special-order products
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the product, if eligible.
