Shipping Coverage
We deliver to most locations across India. If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you promptly after your order is placed.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, national holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹999
- A nominal shipping fee of ₹99 will be charged for orders below ₹999.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details. You can also track your order status through the ‘My Orders’ section on our website.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the package remains undelivered, it will be returned to our warehouse, and we will contact you for further instructions.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect the package at the time of delivery.
If the package appears tampered with or damaged, kindly refuse delivery and inform us immediately.
For missing items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Deliveries are limited to locations within India.
