Warranty policy

1. Warranty Terms & Conditions

Our warranty cover is subject to the following conditions:

-All products must be registered on the IFIHomes website for warranty within 10 days of purchase.

-Warranty repairs are conducted offsite; customers are responsible for sending the faulty product to the IFIHomes office for repair.

-Any defects or damages occurring during delivery must be reported within 24 hours of product receipt.

-Online orders from any website should be sent to the IFIHomes service center via courier.

-A valid proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or sales order) for an authentic IFIHomes product is required for any support or service.

-Replacement is only allowed within 15 days of purchase in case of manufacturing defects.

-Warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, unauthorized repairs, electric fluctuations, or water damage.

-Customers are responsible for bearing shipping costs when sending products for repair or replacement.

-The assessment of the repair value of the components would be done by ifihomes based on the investigation results. You can check indicative with customer care pricing before dispatching the product.

-If the product fails the quality check, we can send the product back to you after you pay the assessment/service cost.

2. Warranty Invalidation

Our warranty may be invalidated under the following circumstances:

-Unauthorized repairs or interventions performed by individuals not authorized by IFIHomes, or the use of non-original spare parts, extras, or accessories.

-Instances of physical or verbal abuse directed towards any staff member.

-The provision of warranty services does not extend the warranty period or create a new warranty period for spare parts fitted.

-Claims for compensation for consequential losses are excluded, except where such liability is legally mandatory.

-Conditions related to warranty are subject to change without prior notice, and IFI Technology Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to make decisions in case of disputes.

3. Product Repair Process

To send a product for repair, follow these steps:

-Contact customer support at 080-68393434/35 or WhatsApp: +91-8951934341.

-After discussing the issue, an IFIHomes Support executive will provide a Ticket ID.

-Package the product with the Ticket ID, Order ID, and Sender contact details. Ensure the package is trackable and includes a valid signature proof upon delivery to IFIHomes.

-IFIHomes does not arrange collection of faulty products from customer premises.

-Unauthorized shipments without a valid Ticket ID, Order Number, and Sender contact details are not the responsibility of IFIHomes.

-Once received at the IFIHomes service center, product testing and repairs will take 7-12 working days based on product condition and test results.
