Warranty Terms & Conditions

  • The warranty is valid only if the product is registered on the IFIHomes website within 10 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or bill) is required for all warranty claims.
  • All warranty repairs are conducted offsite. Customers must either ship or bring the faulty product to the IFIHomes service center.
  • The warranty period does not restart after a repair or replacement; it continues from the original purchase date.
  • IFIHomes reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the product at its sole discretion.

 


Warranty Coverage

  • Covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential or commercial use.
  • The warranty period begins from the date of purchase and varies by product. Please refer to your invoice or the product page for exact duration.
  • Support and service beyond the warranty period will be chargeable.

 


Exclusions from Warranty

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage, accidental drops, water ingress (unless specified as waterproof), burns, general wear and tear, or misuse.
  • Damage during installation, mishandling, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
  • Products without valid proof of purchase or those outside the warranty period.
  • Consumable items such as batteries, SD cards, or accessories unless specifically mentioned.
  • Software or app version-related issues.

 


Claim Process

  • Shipping: Securely pack and ship the product to our service center. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending the item.
  • Package Details: Include your name and phone number inside the package. IFIHomes is not responsible for unauthorized shipments or packages without contact details or order numbers.
  • Service Timeline: Once received, product testing and repair will take approximately 7–10 working days, depending on the condition and test results.
  • Return Shipping: After service, the product will be couriered back. Any damage during return shipping must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Liability Limitation

  • IFIHomes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use or malfunction.
  • The warranty is valid only within India and is subject to Indian consumer laws.
