Q. It's opening with any fingerprint, why?
Answer: Without fingerprint addition, any finger can open the lock. So, you need to add fingerprints to the lock for the first time. Add fingerprints according to the installation video.
Q. Fingerprint addition failing, why?
Answer: Please check the below reasons:
- Make sure 80% of your fingerprint is touching the scanner area.
- Only 10 fingerprints can be added for unlocking. Beyond that, it will fail.
Q. Padlock not accepting finger for unlock?
Answer: Please check the following:
- Make sure hands are not wet and are clean.
- Clean the fingerprint scanner — it could be dirty.
- Ensure 80% of your fingerprint is touching the scanner area.
- Padlock may need to be recharged.
Q. Continuous red LED blinking?
Answer: It indicates a low battery. You need to recharge your padlock.
This product comes with a 6-months warranty.
- Repairs and services after the warranty period will be chargeable.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
