Q. If I forget to stop the continuous flow, will water keep running?
Answer: No. Continuous mode shuts off automatically after 3 minutes.
Q. Is it compatible with Indian taps?

Answer: No. Charging while installed may allow moisture/water to enter and can cause a short circuit, damage, or overheating/burning.
Recommendation: Remove the adapter from the tap before charging. Do not charge while it is connected to the tap.
Q. What causes the sensor faucet to leak?
Answer: Leakage is usually due to an incorrect adapter, a missing/improperly fitted rubber washer (mesh filter), or the unit not being tightened properly. Hard water can also cause white mineral deposits that lead to leakage. If the issue continues, contact support with your invoice/order number.

Q. Why is there a reduction in water flow/pressure?
Answer: Possible reasons:
- If your original tap pressure is low, the sensor faucet output may also be lower. (Required water pressure: 0.05–0.8 MPa).
- Hard water/calcium deposits can block the filter/aerator. Please clean the nozzle/filter regularly.
This product comes with a 6-months warranty.
- Repairs and services after the warranty period will be chargeable.
